Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We do not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to select the correct mechanical fastener size using the correct belt width, belt thickness, minimum pulley diameter etc measurements (mm), we cannot be held responsible for improper selection upon confirming your orders.  Email to if you are unsure of product selection, we will be glad to assist you.


Refund, Cancellation is only applicable if waiting time of inventory is not valid and buyer do not wish to wait for long overdue time.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for instructions to send back item.


If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will make arrangements to collect the item or request you to return the item to us.

To return your product, you should wait for email confirmation from Flexco Singapore. Mailing address will be 2 Woodlands Sector 1, Woodlands Spectrum I, Unit 01-21 Singapore 738068. Please do not ship back directly without email confirmation. We will not be liable for non-email confirmation return product instructions. 

If you are shipping an item over USD75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
